Fluorite with malachite and olivenite - Grube Clara, Black Forest

A small but exceptionally detailed piece from the famous Grube Clara. The main matrix consists of fluorite, on which fine, needle-like crystals of malachite and, in places, shiny olivenite crystals have formed.

Combination of rare minerals

This rare paragenesis of fluorite, malachite and olivenite is not only mineralogically exciting, but also visually very attractive. The green color palette of malachite and olivenite forms a strong contrast to the rather delicate fluorite matrix.

Despite its delicate size, the piece impresses with its intense colors, good crystal separation and a high density of small details that make it a real experience, especially under a magnifying glass.
