Delivery times for minerals

Currently, our delivery times within Germany are approx. 4-6 working days after receipt of order and for deliveries abroad within the EU 6-10 working days and deliveries abroad to non-EU countries 10-21 working days after receipt of order, depending on the zone to be delivered. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, with no scheduled delivery on Saturdays.

Unforeseen circumstances on the shipping route may delay delivery.

We will send you the impression foam within three working days of receiving your order.

• Delivery time within Germany: 4-6 working days

As sonn as we receive the impression foam back from you, we will start making your base as soon as possible.

The production time is up to 10 working days, depending on the order situation.
