How are shipping costs calculated?

The shipping costs for your order are calculated based on the destination country of your order.

From which countries can I order?

We ship our minerals and custom bases worldwide. However, we may not be able to ship to certain countries that are subject to sanctions. 

 

What payment methods are available?

We offer you many payment options to pay for your minerals. You can find everything you need to know about payment methods on our Payment Options page.

 

Will I get exactly the piece that can be seen in the photo?

You will receive exactly the piece that is shown. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Usually, your orders are packed on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and picked up by the delivery service (DHL) on the following business day. 

 

Is it possible to buy minerals that are not offered in the shop?

You are welcome to send us an enquiry at any time. We will then check whether we have the mineral you are interested in in stock or will be able to offer it in the future. We also have a wide range of flats, which we do not usually offer online, but only at trade fairs. 

 

Is it possible to shop on site or only online?

We are currently an online-only business with no shop premises. However, we attend several trade fairs – you can find out when and where on our news page.

 

Can I return my order?

Of course you can return your order to us within the return period. You can find all the information you need in our general terms and conditions.
